Dr. Wallau's Views and Perspectives

Mentoring is one of the most important activities for me. Afterall, through mentoring, we are impacting the lives of our mentees. This is a task not the be taken lightly. In a busy and ever evolving world, my goal is to equip my mentees with the tools that will allow them to achieve their goals in life, to inspire and to empower them to reach their full potential. I believe in giving space for the learner to find his or her path, and create opportunities to learn and let them run. My goal is to provide our students hands-on and system learning, to close the gap between technical knowledge gained and how it translates into practical, case-specific information on production agriculture.
